Bay Area Academy (BAA) is a workforce development and intermediary organization charged with supporting the learning and organizational improvement needs of public child welfare service agencies.

BAA supports the child welfare workforce through transformative training, coaching, and
implementation support.
Who we serve
The child welfare workforce in the Bay Area is comprised of more than 1,500 social workers and supervisors, as well as many community and system partners, all of whom benefit from BAA’s services.
Our Impact
