Evaluation
Evaluation is utilized at BAA to measure participant satisfaction for all classroom trainings. BAA also works in collaboration with the California Social Work Education Center (CalSWEC) to collect satisfaction and knowledge data on the California Core 3.0 statewide curricula for new hire social workers.
Bay Area Academy is dedicated to Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) and is continuously developing systems to track agency outputs and guide data-informed decisions.
Annual Training Needs Assessment Reports
Child Welfare In-Service training evaluation uses the Kirkpatrick Four Levels model.
